The issues of recognizing the rights LGBTQ+ community around world and developing appropriate anti-discrimination policies laws are one main topics for discussion in global agenda. This is due to commitment protect human meet needs society. paper aims assess relationship between socio-economic development indicators some European countries Rainbow Europe Index. To find out how discrimination against affects various social economic countries, a data matrix was developed Spearman rank correlation coefficient calculated. obtained results confirmed positive Index GDP per capita, Human Development Index, Corruption Happiness.
