The issues of recognizing the rights LGBTQ+ community around world and developing appropriate anti-discrimination policies laws are one main topics for discussion in global agenda. This is due to commitment protect human meet needs society. paper aims assess relationship between socio-economic development indicators some European countries Rainbow Europe Index. To find out how discrimination against affects various social economic countries, a data matrix was developed Spearman rank correlation coefficient calculated. obtained results confirmed positive Index GDP per capita, Human Development Index, Corruption Happiness. Calculations have shown that had significant impact on these indicators. study proved dependence demonstrated need provide freedoms affiliated members Ukraine other countries.
